The hotly-anticipated annual took place at The Lowry in Salford, Manchester, on Saturday evening.
Going all out on the big night, Sam Quek looked breathtaking in a pink pleated gown, which accentuated her incredible figure.
The former Olympic hockey player, 34, stunned in the one-shoulder dress as she smiled confidently for the cameras on the red carpet.
She kept her accessories minimal with just a simple clutch bag and silver strapped heels to compliment the gown.
Her dark locks were styled in loose waves swept over one shoulder as she joined the stars at the awards ceremony, where she presented an award.

The TV presenter was later joined by former rugby player and English sports pundit Ugo Monye to present the award for Best Onscreen partnership.
The pair both took to the stage to hand out the award to Doctors’ Chris Walker and Jan Pearson, who play Rob Hollins & Karen Hollins respectively.
This year’s British Soap Awards was hosted by Jane McDonald, who was drafted in as a last minute replacement for long-time host Phillip Schofield.
Operatic singer and cruise ship favourite Jane, 60, was revealed as Phillip’s replacement on Thursday after he quit ITV and was dropped by his talent agency YMU after admitting to an affair with a young male This Morning colleague.
He confessed with a man during his marriage to Stephanie Lowe, and previously denied the affair when asked about it by his agent.
The presenter, 61, meu confirmed in a statement last week that he has stepped down from all his ITV jobs, including the ceremony.
And amid news Jane was taking the helm, fans hailed the star as the ‘perfect choice’ to front the ceremony, which took place at The Lowry in Salford, Manchester.
