Reese Witherspoon Looks Effortlessly Chic in Brown Dress & Matching Louboutins at ‘From Scratch’ Special Screening
Reese Witherspoon attended Netflix’s “From Scratch” Special Screening at Netflix Tudum Theater in Los Angeles yesterday. Witherspoon signed as a producer of the mini-series, which was based on the homonymous memoir chosen by the actress back in May 2019 for her book club, Reese’s Book Club. Zoe Saldaña, who stars in the show, was also on the event’s red carpet.
For the occasion, Witherspoon wore a brown midi dress with a mesh cutout dealing on top and thick shoulder straps. She accessorized with a gold set of rectangle hoops, bracelets, and earrings. To add a sparkling touch to the neutral look, the actress carried a crystal-embellished clutch.
The award-winning actress paired the fitted dress with Christian Louboutin slingback pumps. The pointed-toe pumps featured a slingback strap and a 3 ½ inch heel. Witherspoon wore the style in the color cafe creme.
When she’s not making a red carpet appearance in designer pumps, the actress is working on her own clothing line, Draper James, to create new collections that embody her own country style. She just released a new fall collection that features cozy sweaters and suede boots.

Kristen Bell made her way to the red carpet looking chic for Elle’s Women in Hollywood Gala held at the Getty Center in Los Angeles yesterday. Playing it safe, Bell opted for a black gown and platform peep-toe heels.
Favoring neutrals, the New York Times best-seller wore a black mock neck sleeveless gown with frayed edges and a high side-slit skirt made of see-through fabric that further amplified the “Frozen” cast member’s ensemble
Bell accessorized simply with chunky silver rings and coordinating dangling diamond earrings made of the same metal. Her hair, much like her dress, veered classic and sharp, slicked back and parted in the middle away from the “Hello Bello” mogul’s face.
The “Queenpins” actress is known for wearing slippers, slides and clogs by Birkenstock, Ugg and Allbirds when off-duty. Bell also often wears comfy sneakers by Nike and Under Armour, as well as Dr. Martens boots. Bell’s red carpet footwear includes styles from Christian Louboutin, Brian Atwood, Stuart Weitzman and Jimmy Choo.
In a similar fashion, Bell sported neutral tones once again while attended the premiere party for the new Netflix comedy special “Hasan Minhaj: The King’s Jester.” The event saw Bell clad in a brown ribbed dress that reached her ankles and strappy brown sandal heels.
Elle’s Women in Hollywood Gala celebrated its annual “Women in Hollywood” issue. Held in Los Angeles’ Getty Center, the 2022 event honored cover stars Anne Hathaway, Sydney Sweeney, Olivia Wilde, Issa Rae, Ariana DeBose, Sigourney Weaver and Michelle Yeoh with cocktails, speeches, dancing and a comedy set by Nick Kroll. The Ralph Lauren-co-hosted occasion also featured a star-studded guest list, including Hailey Bieber, Charlize Theron, Keke Palmer and Naomi Watts.
