Michelle Williams was a vision in yellow on Saturday when she attended the BAFTA Tea Party in Los Angeles at the Four Seasons Hotel.
The Fabelmans star, 42, dazzled in a canary-colored minidress, and her radiant appearance at the A-list event comes on the heels of her 17-year-old daughter Matilda Ledger being spotted in New York City.
Sightings of Matilda – who is the only child of the late Heath Ledger – are exceedingly rare as Michelle has worked hard to keep her daughter out of the limelight.

With not one hair out of place in her short blonde bob, Michelle walked the red carpet in elegant beige heels and carried a cream-colored clutch.
Her ethereal features and fair skin were accentuated by soft makeup and a delicate blush tone graced her lips.
Michelle attended the event solo, but she has been married to theatre director Thomas Kail since 2020.
The couple share a three-year-old son named Hart and recently welcomed another baby over the summer.
Kail was out and about with Michelle and her daughter Matilda when the family was recently spotted in New York City.

Michelle dated Heath Ledger for three years before splitting up in 2007 – four months before he tragically died from an accidental overdose.
Williams quickly abandoned living in Brooklyn for a quiet life in rural upstate New York, escaping the ‘morbid cult’ of paparazzi that descended on her and Matilda in the wake of Ledger’s death.
‘It was unmanageable to be stalked like that every moment of the day,’ Williams told Vanity Fair in 2018. ‘So I left, in a desire to create a sane home environment.’
Recalling that nightmarish time, the Venom star said: ‘I’ll never forget going to the post office and seeing a sign hung on the wall for anyone with information about myself and my daughter, to please call this number.’
Williams went on to speak about her fear surrounding that difficult period, adding: ‘When you’re a single parent, and that element of provider and protection is missing, it’s scary.’

Years later, Williams quietly returned to her beloved Brooklyn, purchasing a home for her growing family.
Both Michelle and Matilda are very tight-lipped about their private lives and neither of them have a social media presence.
Earlier this month, Michelle spoke about finding ‘balance’ between movies and motherhood as she gave an insight into raising Matilda and her other two children.
The My Week with Marilyn star told Entertainment Weekly that children ‘have to arrive, and they have to be sustained, all of it’.
‘So I’m continuously searching,’ she added, ‘because balance isn’t a stable place. Balance means that you’re always adjusting.’
