Major ING malfunction causes problems with the app
It is currently not possible for many ING customers to arrange their banking affairs. A major ING malfunction causes problems with the app.
When you look at the average Dutch town, you hardly see a bank branch anymore. That is not very strange, because in 2022 there are also far fewer people going to a bank. After all, you can manage most banking matters on your PC or via a smartphone.
Then a service must of course be usable. That is currently not the case with the ING app. According to Allestoringen.nl, there is currently a malfunction at the bank. More than 4000 reports have already been received about the bank.

ING customers are not exactly happy with the technical problems, according to the reactions on Twitter. The bank had a malfunction earlier this week. That was solved, but now the bank has problems again.
