Food items to Stay away from After Detoxification

I receive many questions not only about the detoxification process but also regarding what foods to stay away from immediately after a detoxification process. I’ll deal with some of them in this post.

Let’s assume you are on one day fasting or mini fasting program. You finished the program and are all ready to eat the next day. You are actually starving now. You’ve been fantasizing about consuming all sorts of processed food and right now you are free to advance to them.

Stop! Some foods to avoid:

1. Make an effort to avoid caffeine for 1 day or two and do not drink decaffeinated beverages. Drink herbal teas instead.
