Better images of four new LEGO Star Wars summer 2023 sets

An online retailer has published better images of four new LEGO Star Wars sets coming our way this August and September, confirming their piece counts and prices in Europe.

Initially revealed in a Japanese LEGO catalogue, the four new sets span a battle pack, vehicle, playset and advent calendar. German retailer JB Spielwaren has now shared more images of each of the four models, which are due to arrive on shelves in late summer/early autumn.

75359 332nd Ahsoka’s Clone Trooper Battle Pack

Who’s up for another Clone Trooper battle pack? How about one specifically based on a sub-legion of the 501st? This is a deep dive into Clone Wars territory, offering a cheaper way to amass Ahsoka’s 332nd Company troopers than stockpiling copies of the now-retired 75283 Armored Assault Tank (AAT). 75359 332nd Ahsoka’s Clone Trooper Battle Pack includes three regular troopers and Captain Vaughn, who has an orange visor and unique torso design.

75360 Yoda’s Jedi Starfighter

Revisiting a concept first brought to shelves in 2017, 75360 Yoda’s Jedi Starfighter gives everyone’s favourite green Jedi (sorry, Yaddle, Coleman Trebor and the rest) his own personal transport. This is straight from The Clone Wars too, and includes minifigures of Yoda and R2-D2. The chance to give us a third minifigure – following in the template of last summer’s 75333 Obi-Wan Kenobi’s Jedi Starfighter – has been unfortunately missed.

75365 Yavin IV Rebel Base

If you can believe it, this is the first time the LEGO Group has tackled a full playset of Yavin IV, and in doing so has plugged one of the few remaining gaps from the original trilogy of Star Wars films. 75365 Yavin IV Rebel Base includes a beefy 12 minifigures – among which are new designs for Han, Luke and Leia – and a towering representation of the base. There’s also a midi-scale Y-wing Starfighter, reminiscent of the TIE Advanced in 75251 Darth Vader’s Castle.

75366 LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar

This year’s seasonal set draws heavily on Return of the Jedi (fittingly, for the movie’s 40th anniversary), but there’s still plenty of representation for the entire Star Wars saga in 75366 LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar. Between The Bad Batch’s Omega, a 212th Legion Clone Trooper and even a tiny Mandalorian N-1 Starfighter, it’s a broad spectrum of minifigures and mini-builds.
