Written by on July 29, 2023

You have worked all day long, you’re famished and you cannot wait getting home and eat. But when you are finished, you have got that painful, uncomfortable bloating and gas again! So what’s going on? Probably just a bit of imbalance in your system.

The human body is quite remarkable in the way it manages your food. Your digestion system breaks it down, extracts and distributes the nutritional requirements and leanbiome ingredients list (www.Mid-day.com) then discards the waste items. But if you upset the delicate acid/alkaline balance of the digestive tract of yours, yourself is going to let you know; hence the primary reason you feel uncomfortable after eating.

So what can you do? The following tips really helped me and should be beneficial for you.

1. Chew the food of yours roughly 15-20 times prior to swallowing, the more the greater. The saliva of yours is alkaline and it’s the initial step of the digestion process. Even in case you’re eating a product like soup which does not demand much chewing, still try to get some saliva blended in before you swallow. This causes you to eat bit by bit so you are not gulping down air.

2. It’s best if you do not drink much with the meals of yours. The liquids will dilute the alkaline levels in your

mouth, therefore preventing appropriate digestion.

3. Stay away from chewing gum between dishes. Chewing gum captures stomach acid that’s not needed between meals. Adult acid levels start decreasing at approximately 38 40 years of age which results in digestive problems as we age. Limit your gum chewing to right before or right after a meal. Chew gum created from xylitol (natural sweetener); it will stimulate saliva creation and is great for your teeth.

4. Drink room temperature beverages any time you can. Extremely hot and extremely cold beverages will depress the enzyme production of yours and will result in adrenal exhaustion.

5. Try not to drink coffee with your food. The high acidity level of its can cause the stomach to remove the contents just before proper assimilation.
