Marvel Snap tips to win your matches
Marvel Snap is the new mobile title that is taking over mobile phones like wildfire. It is a card game with the greatest Marvel heroes where each match takes less than three minutes. Have you started the game, but haven’t won that much yet? With these Marvel Snap tips you can win your next matches!
In Marvel Snap, you can occupy three squares with the cards you have in hand. The trick is to always keep a majority of those fields in your possession. If you do not do this, you will lose the match and you are not waiting for that. Fortunately, there is a good way to get this done.
Focus on the majority
You must build your deck in such a way that you can build one of the two fields in the first four rounds. You then use the last two rounds to conquer the second field. You can use Ant-Man and Hawkeye for example. The two Avengers are in possession of skills that you can combine with each other to quickly collect a lot of points.
The cards in the last two rounds often have more power points and can therefore be used to secure the second arena. Alternatively, you can also choose to use the first two rounds to fill two arenas with low-energy cards and then use a booster card like Blue Marvel in round five. The values of your previous cards then shoot up, so that you suddenly have the fields in possession.
Play in the locations
In order to collect the majority of the locations, it is important to pay attention to the locations themselves. These are revealed in the first three rounds, so you don’t immediately know which location is good to occupy already. On the first round, you only know whether it is useful to bet on the first arena.
If not, it often pays to use your card from round 1 on one of the two mystery spaces. After all, a location like Death’s Domain destroys your card as soon as you place it. Being lucky enough to already have a ticket here before the effect goes into effect can be crucial.
On the other hand, you can perfectly combine some locations with cards you have in your hand. Do this as much as you can, because the extra advantage you gain can scare the opponent off. This way you can have a huge advantage early in a game and more easily control the rest of the field.
Watch your opponent
Knowing what your opponent is doing or about to do is the key to success in Marvel Snap. Early in the game, players often have the same cards as you and you can take advantage of that. If you have an idea of your opponent’s deck, you can respond to his moves and you are, as it were, ahead of your opponent.
Mister Fantastic, for example, is a useful card in round three, as it gives nearby locations a +2 power boost. The center location is therefore the best place to put the card down and you can use that information to counter by using a card yourself that gets a boost if you place it in the same playing field as your opponent.
Don’t play too fast
That you only have six rounds in a match in Marvel Snap sounds pretty little. Many players think they should play as many cards as possible as quickly as possible. That is not the case. It is no problem at all to not play a card for a round.
It is important to know when to play a card or not. Sometimes waiting until a later round is much cheaper. Then you might be able to unload a wonderful combination of cards, such as Bishop followed by four cards a round later that cost only 1 energy point to raise Bishop’s power level.
Power level your Collection Level
As a final tip to win matches, it is of course useful to expand your card collection as quickly as possible. The more cards you have, the faster you can build a deck to defeat opponents. You can only get more cards by buying them with your hard earned euros or by increasing your Collection Level.
You can quickly do the latter in a smart way. Every time you get a new card with a gray border, you must add it to your deck. You can level up cards with a gray border faster via boosters that you receive. Doing this will increase your Collection Level faster and give you new cards to make your deck stronger with.
