First PS Plus Premium Games For November Revealed
Normally the PS Plus games for Extra and Premium are only announced the second week of the month, but for the birthday of Ratchet & Clank, Sony likes to make an exception.
Ratchet & Clank are turning 20 and that should be celebrated. Sony thinks so too and that is why the company is already announcing some of the games that will appear on PS Plus Premium this month. Ratchet & Clank have a long history of games, especially on the PS3 and it’s mainly those games that will be added on November 15th.
A number of PS3 games from the Ratchet & Clank series are currently available on PS Plus Premium. Those are:
- Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty
- Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time
- Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One
- Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault
- Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus
Five new games will be added on November 15. From that date we will also be able to play the following games:
- Ratchet & Clank
- Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando
- Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal
- Ratchet & Clank: Deadlocked
- Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction
What is special is that Sony labels a number of these games as PS3 games, while they are really PS2 or even PS1 games. PS3 games cannot be played directly on the PS4 or PS5 and can only be streamed. Ratchet & Clank (without addition) is even a PS4 game. It is unclear why Sony mislabeled these games.
More Ratchet & Clank for PS Plus?
Despite the fact that the range of Ratchet & Clank games has expanded a lot with this, a few games from the total series are still missing. Q-Force is not yet present, Secret Agent is missing Clank and of course the latest PS5 edition: Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart. So there’s still a lot to look forward to when it comes to additions to PS Plus.

Even those who are not subscribed to PS Plus can join the party. They will receive a free DLC pack, consisting of a 20th Anniversary Armor Pack containing
- Commando Armor based on Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando
- Holoflux Armor based on Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time
- Quest Armor based on Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty
- Marauder Armor based on Ratchet: Deadlocked
- Clank Armor
The armor pack for Rift Apart is now available in the Store. Sony normally has a fixed rhythm for announcing and making available the additions to the various PS Plus subscriptions. For PS Plus Essential, the games will be made available on the first Tuesday of the month and announced the Wednesday before.
For PS Plus Extra and PS PS Plus Premium, the free games will be available on the third Tuesday of the month and will be announced the Wednesday before. For November, that means that the PS Plus Extra and Premium games will start from Nov 15 can be claimed and downloaded.
