The body positive babe looked both confident and glowing as she posed for the candid snap.

She sat on a chair wearing nothing but floral-printed undies, and she looked absolutely incredible

Mik opted for an orange set which was decorated with white and black flowers, and she looked naturally glam as she pinned her hair back into a bun.

In the picture she went make-up free, and also failed to edit the snap to show off all the natural parts of herself.

She was relaxed and natural in the candid snap, and she showed off every inch of her bod – from her curves to the marks on her skin.

Writing on Instagram, Mik said: “Hope you take a moment today to pause and be in awe of your beautiful body.

“Every curve, bump, and mark. You are a miracle.”

Mik shared the picture to remind other people that the images we see on social media often don’t show reality.

A lot of people use tips and tricks to make themselves look different in photographs, but she works to remind people that it’s normal to have lumps, bumps and marks that aren’t deemed “perfect”.

Since she shared the picture over 30,000 people have liked it, and dozens of people also left comments.

Mik has been celebrated for showing what real bodies look like, and for creating authentic content.

One person said: “Just perfect.”

Another added: “Mik, you’re gorgeous, and I love how you preach to all women out there that comfort is key, and our bodies are worthy.”

Meanwhile, a third said: “Thank you for this. I’m really struggling to like my curves, bumps and marks.”
