Brazil declares Hamilton honorary citizen and ‘eight-time world champion’
The Brazilian GP will be held this weekend. Lewis Hamilton is already in the country, because he was declared an honorary citizen and ‘eight-time world champion’ by the House of Representatives.

Lewis Hamilton makes no secret of the fact that his role model is Ayrton Senna, the legendary Brazilian F1 driver. Meanwhile, Hamilton is once again loved in Brazil, which became clear again last year when he took the podium in Sao Paulo with the Brazilian flag.
